ICAO/ACI/IATA Symposium on Accessibility in International Civil Aviation

Advancing Global Commitment to Inclusive and Universally Accessible Air Transport for All.

Jointly organised by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Airports Council International (ACI) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), The Symposium on Accessibility in International Civil Aviation will bring together States, relevant international organisations, industry stakeholders, and advocacy groups to explore ways to improve the air travel experience for persons with disabilities and reduced mobility.

Over two days in Montreal, participants will review progress made since the first global symposium, discuss the barriers that remain, and work towards practical, end-to-end solutions. These solutions will align with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices, helping build an air transport system that works for everyone.
