Airport Training Programs
This program focuses on further developing the leadership and strategic management skills of airport industry leaders. It provides participants with advice on strategies to effectively handle leadership responsibilities; provides global, regional and cultural perspectives on airport management; and discusses new professional opportunities.
ACI and ICAO established a formal partnership to provide accessible, affordable and universally available specialised management training to the global airports community. This initiative gave birth to the Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP) to develop a new generation of airport leaders in all functional areas of the airport business.
Designed and delivered by ACI-ICAO certified instructors, the ASP will provide candidates with opportunities to advance in their career, differentiate themselves from their peers and brand themselves as airport safety subject matter experts.
The ACI Global Safety Network (GSN) Diploma Program consists of six specialized courses on airport safety, and is specifically designed to meet the needs of airside operations and safety managers, including developing, implementing and operating effective Safety Management Systems (SMS) at their airports.
The ACI Airport Security Diploma provides participants with a broad and detailed understanding of implementing and maintaining a security framework that complies with national and international regulations and airport industry best practices.
The ACI Airport Finance Diploma aims to provide participants a detailed understanding of the diversity of issues airports face in managing financial resources.
The Airport Operations Diploma Program is designed to expose participants to all the facets of activities associated with an airport from airside operations and landside to terminal operations, and equip them with key knowledge and tools necessary to proactively address the essential operational and business needs of 21st century airports.
The Airport Customer Experience Professional Designations (ACED) are an integral part to develop staff involved in the ASQ Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program, and to ensure they are proficient and qualified to lead the implementation of a customer experience strategy.
Aviation Fundamentals (AVIFUN) provides a comprehensive understanding of the various aviation activities performed across all aviation areas that encompass the international air transport system and inspire individuals about the different fields of aviation as they consider their professional goals and career path.
