ACI World actively represents the global airport community at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), ensuring that the voice of airports is heard in the development of global aviation standards and policies.

Through collaboration with ICAO Member States and industry partners, ACI World advocates for safe, secure, sustainable, and efficient airport operations. Our work spans a wide range of technical and strategic areas, from environmental protection and safety to facilitation, economics, and capacity building—helping shape policies, frameworks, and best practices for airports and the aviation ecosystem.
