As global aviation continues to evolve, airports are under growing pressure to diversify their revenues beyond traditional aeronautical sources. Non-aeronautical activities such as retail, real estate, parking, and advertising not only enhance passenger experience but also provide essential funding for infrastructure development and service improvements. At ACI World, we are committed to supporting our members in unlocking the full potential of these revenue streams through guidance, research, best practices, and tailored capacity-building programs.

The ANARA Mission

ACI World Airport Non-Aeronautical Revenues and Activities (ANARA) Specialized Group provides a global platform to analyze, develop, and advance strategies, best practices, and industry positions that enhance and diversify non-aeronautical revenues for the benefit of airports, passengers, and the broader air transport ecosystem. ANARA operates as a community of practice and an action-oriented platform supporting the co-creation of practical outputs and innovative solutions.
