Program Structure
The Airport Customer Experience Professional designation program consists of two stages, and a total of four courses.
Participants begin their journey with the Airport Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) course, which is the first step in the ACEP designation program. After completing ACES, participants then need to complete the three courses below, which can be taken in any order. To earn the Airport Customer Experience Professional (ACEP) designation, all four courses must be completed.
