Students will need to create an account in the ACI Learning Hub (additional instructions below). To register, visit the course page, select the desired course, and follow the registration instructions. Here's a quick video tutorial on how to register for a course.
A course will be confirmed 30 days prior to its start date. You may book logistics, but we recommend choosing refundable options in case the course is cancelled.
Yes, we can issue a group invoice. Please let us know to whom the invoice should be issued. They must create an account on our Learning Hub and notify us of the participants for whom they are paying.

ACI will not be responsible for issuing the visa. In case you need a visa letter please contact us.
Learning Hub
Refer to our user guide for instructions on how to create your account in our Learning Hub, where you can register for courses. If you encounter issues or your account doesn't exist, please contact our IT service desk at: aciworld@service-now.com.

You will receive an invoice from our finance department within two (2) business days of your registration. Once received, you may pay via Visa or wire transfer. If you do not receive the invoice within two (2) business days, please contact us.
Course materials will be available one week before the course begins. To access them:
- Click on the course that you are enrolled in
- On the next page click on "Content" to view the course material
- Expand each heading to download the relevant document (s).
Please note that Course Materials cannot be printed; they are downloadable and viewable on your devices. Here's a video tutorial on how you can access your course materials.
We do not recommend accessing the course via mobile devices, if you do you will not have access to all the features of the Learning Hub.
The quickest way to access Live Lecture links is via your Learning Hub Calendar.
Alternatively, after selecting the course you are enrolled in, you will land on the "Overview" page where you can view a complete list of your upcoming Live Lectures.
Click on the link corresponding to the date of your session to access the Virtual Classroom. The "Join" button will be activated 15 minutes prior to lecture start time. Here is a quick video tutorial on how to join the live lecture.
