Ms Sabrina is the Manager of Stakeholder Relations & Regulatory Affairs at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (Malaysia Airports), bringing over a decade of diverse experience across engineering, project delivery, and strategic stakeholder engagement within the aviation industry.
An internationally recognized aviation leader, she is the Winner of the Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific & Middle East Young Executive Award 2023; distinguished as only the second Malaysian to receive this honor to date. She further made history as the first female representative from Malaysia Airports to the ICAO General Assembly 2025 in Montreal, where she contributed to high-level government and international stakeholder coordination, supporting Malaysia’s successful bid to retain its ICAO Council seat, with Malaysia achieving its biggest success yet.
In her current role, Ms Sabrina spearheads Malaysia Airports’ engagement with key government ministries such as the Ministry of Transport, regulators, and global industry bodies, shaping policy alignment and advancing strategic national and international aviation agendas. She leads the liaison division with close communication with high level officials including the Prime Minister Office. She plays a pivotal leadership role in initiatives such as establishing the Airports Working Group (AWG) to ensure seamless coordination for Malaysia’s hosting program known as ASEAN-Malaysia Chairmanship 2025 and Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026), while strengthening the organization's presence on global aviation platforms.
She has also been instrumental in complex regulatory and licensing milestones, most notably leading the successful acquisition of the Aerodrome Operator License for the period of 2024–2069 for Malaysia Airports. Widely respected for her ability to navigate complex policy landscapes, she excels in driving multi-stakeholder collaboration and building enduring, trust-based partnerships that enhance organizational credibility and influence.
Beginning her career as an engineer, Ms Sabrina contributed to the development of the megaproject airport terminal now known as Terminal 2, KL International Airport and led continuous improvement and maintenance excellence initiatives; experience that underpins her unique ability to bridge technical, operational, and policy domains.
Beyond her professional portfolio, Ms Sabrina is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and inclusive leadership in aviation. As the youngest ever elected President of AERONITA (Malaysia Airports Women’s Association), she has driven impactful initiatives including nationwide International Women’s Day programs and flagship organizational launches, advancing gender diversity and leadership representation across the industry. She is also an advocate for sports and health awareness among the staff, where she currently serves as an Executive Committee member of the Malaysia Airports Sports Club for two terms in a row, and actively contributes to major corporate and industry engagements.
