Young aviation professional with experience in application of EASA regulatory requirements for aerodrome operations and particularly focused on the compliant development and implementation of the aerodrome operator management system, including safety management system.
Being an ISO 9001:2015 certified lead auditor, Marianna is adequately qualified to conduct audits, thus, monitor, review and report compliance with the regulatory requirements for aerodrome safe operations, give feedback to the senior management and establish further interdepartmental collaborations to achieve direct correction of the non-compliant elements while preventing recurrence.
Since 2016, when her career in aerodrome operations was established as a Wildlife Hazard Management Officer, she has been recognized as a high-paced learner with a proactive way of thinking and strong organizational and analytical skills.
Marianna focuses on the end-result with high attention to detail; she easily adapts to changes and always maintains a can-do approach.
