Adja F. Banel Ndiaye is an aviation professional currently serving as Manager of Training and Administration at Airports Council International (ACI) Africa, where she plays a key role in strengthening capacity-building initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships across the continent. She also serves as Secretary of the ACI Africa Human Resources & Leadership Committee, contributing to advancing people development priorities and HR initiatives across African airports.
With a strong background in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management, she has contributed to the development and delivery of high-impact training programs aimed at enhancing the performance and sustainability of African airports. She is actively involved in advancing ACI Africa’s flagship initiatives, including the African Airport Development Program (AADP), supporting the growth of a safe, secure, and sustainable air transport sector.
Banel brings diverse experience from her previous roles with regional and international organizations, including the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC) where she supported program implementation, policy coordination, and institutional collaboration.
Passionate about professional excellence and youth engagement in aviation, she is committed to empowering the next generation of industry leaders and contributing to the global aviation community through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
