Vivian Sykora is a passionate aviation professional with over six years of experience in ground operations, project management, and digital transformation within the airline industry. Her enthusiasm for aviation began with the ambition to become a pilot. However, through internships and her academic journey, she discovered her strength and passion for working behind the scenes—making flight operations and the passenger journey possible through efficient, well-coordinated processes.

Today, Vivian thrives in the complexity and diversity of the aviation environment, where she enjoys managing a wide range of responsibilities. In her current role as Senior Consultant Aviation at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), she regularly leads the operational planning and execution of the International Aerospace Exhibition (ILA), ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders. In addition, she serves as the editor-in-chief of the internal monthly aviation newsletter, driving transparent communication and knowledge sharing within the Aviation department.

Her professional focus lies in optimizing operational processes and enhancing transparency through digital solutions. She has successfully developed KPI-driven reporting solutions using Power BI and implemented centralized SharePoint platforms to enhance efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Previously, Vivian worked at Condor Technik GmbH, where she coordinated international projects and contributed to process improvements across maintenance, ground handling, and airline operations.

Known for her hands-on mentality, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills, Vivian excels at translating complex operational requirements into practical, user-oriented solutions. She is highly motivated to continuously improve aviation operations and contribute to a seamless and reliable travel experience for passengers.
