3-Week Online Foundation

Leadership self-assessment, personal vision building, and peer discussions on global and organizational context.

6-Day Onsite Immersion

Interactive leadership labs, strategic case studies, and live coaching sessions hosted in Montreal, Canada or Cranfield, United Kingdom.

4-Week Online Integration Phase

Application projects, peer coaching, and reflection activities that connect learning to real-time challenges at the participant’s airport.

Target Audience

This program is designed for:

  • Aspiring and established airport leaders seeking to advance to executive roles.
  • Airport directors, general managers, and senior managers nominated by their CEO or executive committee as part of a leadership development strategy.

Entry is by selection and requires a statement of motivation and a letter of recommendation from the airport’s chief executive.

Maximum of 25 participants per cohort (2 per year).
