New documentary: Behind the Scenes with Airports Council International
Montréal, 5 September 2017– Airports Council International (ACI) World announces the release of Behind the Scenes with ACI, a short documentary by Behind The Scenes , a production company hosted by industry veteran James Earl Jones.
| The film was created with the objective of educating Regulators and decision makers, the industry, and the public at large on ACI’s mission and work. For the benefit of ACI Members, the industry and the traveling public at large, the documentary will be featured on US regional television networks throughout the year, at international and regional ACI Events and through ACI’s diverse communication channels.
“Aviation and airports in particular have made the world a smaller place; they connect people, places, things and ideas,” said Angela Gittens, Director General, ACI World. “As complex facilities, they require planning and strategy to move travelers and cargo from point A to point B safely and efficiently. And with the accelerating growth of aviation demand worldwide, the need to increase airport excellence in the fields of safety, security, the customer experience and environmental stewardship, is growing. Behind the Scenes with ACI shows how the organization helps airports perform their mission. From engagement with international organizations, such as the International Civil Aviation Organization, regulators and States, to the development of practical, cost-effective products and services, ACI is both centre stage and behind the scenes.” |
